Pablo Cruz-Rojas, 28, is a Mexican national suspected of killing two people and severely injuring a third while driving under the influence in Nayarit, Mexico in July 2008.
Cruz-Rojas posted bail and fled to the United States where he was later arrested in Bakersfield, Calif., for immigration violations in August 2009. A judge ordered he be sent back to Mexico earlier this month and today he was turned over to representatives from the Mexican Attorney General's office at the border crossing in Nogales, AZ.
