PHOENIX (AP) - Police say three people have died after a pickup truck struck their vehicle broadside on a Phoenix street.
The crash happened around 8 p.m. on 19th Avenue south of Dunlap Avenue when a small sedan pulled out from an apartment complex directly in front of the oncoming truck.
Police say three people in the car were killed and a fourth was seriously injured. The driver of the truck received minor injuries.
The crash is under investigation and police say it's still unknown if alcohol was involved or if seat belts were being used.
