Crews from the Drexel Heights Fire Department fought a brush fire Tuesday evening near Old Ajo Way and San Jacquin.

The fire occured after 7p.m., firefighters responded and quickly extinguished the fire, no homes were damaged in the incident.

Deputies from the Pima County Sheriff's Department have at least one person detained who may be involved in the fire but at this time no charges have been filed.
