SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. (AP) - A McNeal man who fatally shot his brother last year has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder.

Wayne Michael Elliott entered the plea in Cochise County Superior Court in Bisbee on Friday. The 37-year-old's lawyer admitted his client shot 34-year-old Jason Elliott in the back of the head with a shotgun after the two argued. Wayne Elliott admitted to an arriving officer that he had shot his brother on May 4, 2008.

Elliott told Judge Wallace Hoggatt that he has no memory of what happened. He faces from 10 to 22 years in prison when he's sentenced next month.
