UPDATE: Police arrest suspect in deadly shooting
Suspect arrested one day after shooting at fast food restaurant

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Tucson Police have tracked down a suspect in a deadly shooting at a midtown fast food restaurant.
Officials with the Tucson Police Department tell KGUN9 On Your Side they arrested 24-year-old Andres Fernando Buelna just before midnight at a hotel near East Grant Road and I-10.
Buelna has been booked into the Pima County Jail on one count of first degree murder in connection to the death of 50-year old Benny Alvarez Casarez Jr.
The victim was gunned down at the Jack in the Box on Campbell near Fort Lowell on Monday.
Investigators tell us several tips led to the arrest.
